Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of company digital presence.
This role is performance-driven, focusing on managing social media advertising, driving e-commerce conversions, and maintaining the brand's healthy, premium image.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Ads & Performance Marketing
• Ad Campaign Management: Plan, set up, and manage paid advertisements on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads to drive traffic and sales.
• Budget & ROI Tracking: Manage advertising spend to ensure cost-effective results (ROI/ROAS) and provide regular performance reports.
• A/B Testing: Conduct ongoing testing of ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages to optimize campaign efficiency.
2. Content Strategy & Social Media Management
• Creative Oversight: Collaborate with the design team to produce high-performing visual assets, including short-form videos (TikTok/Reels) and static graphics.
• Content Calendar: Develop and manage a monthly posting schedule across all platforms to maintain consistent brand visibility.
• Copywriting: Write engaging, persuasive ad copy and social media captions tailored to the Malaysian market.
3. E-commerce & SEO
• Marketplace Optimization: Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts for Shopee, Lazada, and the official Vanzo website.
• SEO/SEM: Implement basic SEO strategies to improve the brand's organic search rankings for air fragrance and car perfume categories.
4. Influencer & Brand Collaboration
• KOL Management: Identify and coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and build consumer trust.
