Admin Executive (Seksyen 15, Shah alam)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Manages customer enquiries and relays any required follow-up to Salespersons.
• Receives and process purchase orders from customers.
• Assist Salespersons to prepare Credit Application Form for new customer account.
• Manage sales process flow (po/so/quotation etc)
• Checks stock level against WII Daily Stock Status and update Master stock list on daily basis.
• Raise Product Requisition to WII for products required to run production.
• Manages communication of customer-related issues or complaints and relay to relevant parties to ensure matters are attended to and resolved in an efficient manner.
• To initiate and manages the end to end Sales Return Process.
• Maintain updated product list price, product catalogues, specifications, technical data sheets and related samples for the division.
• Collates and compile data for Sales Report and Outstanding Report for the division.
• Maintain proper filing system.
• Update the Master Stock List daily and ensure accuracy

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
• At least Diploma or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in constructions, building materials/hardware related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Possess own transport and willing to work at seksyen 15, shah alam
