Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees in compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, bonuses, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as EPF, SOCSO, PCB (LHDN), and other relevant statutory contributions.
• Maintain and update payroll records and employee data securely and confidentially.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll administration.
• Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management and audit purposes.
• Stay updated on changes in Malaysian employment laws, tax regulations, and payroll-related legislation.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll and statutory compliance.
• Provide support and guidance on payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
• Implement and improve payroll processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure payroll practices are aligned with company policies, including adherence to the Employee Handbook.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in payroll management
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll laws and statutory requirements.
• Familiarity with payroll software eg : ERP systems etc
• Good understanding of company policies and procedures, including the Employee Handbook.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality.
• Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
