Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To develop marketing plans and strategies in line with the company sales target and organization objectives.
To responsible in liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations.
To coordinate, plan and implement marketing campaigns and promotional campaigns with sales activities.
To source advertising opportunities, placing adverts in the press
To monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communication.
To prepare and update online marketing activities such as website, Facebook
To create a wide range of different marketing materials and presentation.
To work closely with design agencies and printers, manage the production of marketing material.
To overall responsible for brand management and corporate identity.
To conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
To plan, monitor and manage on new product development, and update our product catalogue monthly.
To maintain and update customer databases.
To establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers, generate new business for company.
To plan and organize personal sales strategy by meeting the sales targets.
To monitor and gathering the current market condition on price, product, delivery procedures, merchandising techniques, advertising and promotion to maintain company’s market competitiveness.
To provide suggestion and recommendation on the changes of product, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive development.
To identify advantages and compares organization’s product.
To resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendation for the company to improve.
To liaise with internal departments regarding to the delivery of orders and ensure on time delivery.
To prepare monthly marketing report for management review.
To liaise with vendor on trademark and pattern of company brands and logos.

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Engineering / Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent.
Must be willing to work at Selayang, Batu Cave
Preferably 2 – 5 years of working experience in Automotive field / Or in Marketing role.
Sales & Marketing management, communication skill, leadership skill, negotiation skill, interpersonal & presentation skill.
Must be willing to work multitask, good leadership and able to lead & organize, willing to stay back office if work required.
Ability to work under pressure and manage to adapt factory environment.
Possess own transport (Parking space is available for Staff)
