Job Description

Assistant Production Manager/ Production Executive

Assistant Manager - Up to RM 5000 (Commensurate with exp. & qualification)
Executive - Up to RM 4000 (Commensurate with exp. & qualification)

Job Responsibilities:

To assist Management team in the daily production activities.
To lead and manage subordinates in packaging activities in order to achieve the overall objectives as well as coordinate machine & equipment operations.
To oversee production activities includes input & output, quality and meet customer delivery expectation.
To evaluate production machinery efficiency and achieve production target.
To monitor cutting and printing process and ensure accordance to SOP and quality.
To maintain spare parts level for production.
To handle production and process improvement activities.
To perform preventive maintenance activities and TPM activities.
To deal with customer issue related complaints and product.
To lead in safety & health SHE activities.
Waste water management.
To work as a team to achieve company’s overall objective.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in any discipline preferably in Engineering
Preferably 5- 7 years working experience for managerial and 2-3 years for Executive level.
Must possess experience working in Production Environment as Production Executive / Assistant Production Manager Role.
Computer literate
Must be willing to work at Sungai Chua – Kajang.
1 Full time position available.
