Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and prepare industrial design concepts, drawings, and 3D models based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and marketing teams to translate customer requirements into functional product designs.
• Modify and improve existing product designs to enhance functionality, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct research on design trends, materials, and manufacturing processes to support innovation.
• Ensure designs comply with company standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications.
• Support project management by preparing technical drawings, design documentation, and presentation materials.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers regarding design feasibility, prototyping, and production methods.
• Provide technical support to the factory during product development and production phases.

Qualifications
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Industrial Design, Mechanical Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in product/industrial design (preferably in manufacturing or consumer products).
• Open for Fresh graduate as well
• Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent).
• Strong creativity with practical knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Must willing to work 5.5 working days
• Own transport and willing to work at Nilai
