Internal Audit Executive (Manufacturing/Puchong)

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct Audits of Business controls in a variety of areas such as: Cost of Sales, Revenue, Sales & Marketing, A&P, Plant-property and equipment, Fixed Assets, among others.
• Determine if controls are designed and operating effectively to mitigate financial/operational risks.
• Timely create and deliver audit work papers assigned for the specific controls.
• Investigate control gaps identified during the audit process and partner with the Internal Audit Manager, Internal Stakeholders, External Auditors and Control Owners for the corresponding disposition.
• Identify improvements in the controls and audit processes.
• Respond to customer requests and develop professional relationships with key stakeholders
• Occasionally participate in Non audit projects as requested by management

Qualifications
Job Requirement:
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree/Professional qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• 2-3 years of Internal / External Audit or Risk Management/Compliance and Controls experience.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Communication & Report writing)
• Must be able to travel (35%) for audit assignments/ad hoc (investigation etc.) locally
OR abroad on a monthly basis.
• Flexibility in work schedule to occasionally work outside of normal business hours.
